THANK YOU, Father, for my most recent jaunt down to the creek, walking barefoot through puddles on the way back up to the house. Thank you for the deer I see every single day, in various parts of the property. Thank you for what I am learning about sedges and cotton grass, along with other interesting wetland plants. Thank you for my new St. Clair County Library system card, the books I borrowed for the sake of learning and pleasure reading, and thank you for my little hotspot that I borrowed from them for two weeks. Thank you for my nice walk with my Mate yesterday, and all our little mately moments throughout this day — some pleasant, others tense, all fodder for learning and growth, lol. Thank you for the time with my sister today, helping her and her mate move into their new home on wheels. It was awesome to be able to help them AND to be appreciated and helped right back, through a lovely lunch and good conversation! Thank you for all the time I have been able to spend on getting new/old Spanish materials ready for temporary sale in my Printables Shop — even if that project DID derail my birthday project and delay my release of the new page for it — FranLaff.com/10-05 which I STILL have not gotten ready due to lack of time. My apologies, dear reader. I HAVE gotten the first “bit” written — just a piece about my Wednesday night nature-bathing — but all my OTHER work efforts have necessarily been put toward things that are likely to bring in immediate income, because my Mate and I need it. Although I will probably start the “real job” caring for others soon, I cannot expect a check until mid-July. By then, my bank account will be bounced several times. The trip from Texas to Michigan drained our finances, and my Mate used the rest to procure items for Trade. Such is life. I am happy just to HAVE HOPE and good projects. AND good people AND awesome nature!! :D Thank you, Lord, for soooooo many blessings!
