Lord, I am noticing that pattern again, that whenever I make really good progress with my online business, I tend to spoil myself with edible treats and THAT makes my body feel heavy and sluggish. For some reason, I seem to think that I deserve sugary or high-fat rewards for doing a lot of sedentary work, concentrating for long hours on coding and creating printable and interactive content. NOT GOOD!! I desire to have a healthy body, free of excess inflammation and stored fat. Please help me to break this bad habit and find a way to “reward” myself with things besides edible nasties that just make me feel unhealthy. I thought it would be ENOUGH to do my little exercises two to six times every day — and I literally have not had a day when I haven’t done at least two little workouts — but eating sugar and fatty foods even once per day seems to be negating the benefits of my workouts. :( Please help me to become a more wise steward of my body, Lord. I trust you completely, Faithful Shepherd. Lead on!

Dear friends, remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ said would happen. They told you, “In the last times there will be people who laugh at God and do only what they want to do—things that are against God.” These are the people who divide you. They are not spiritual, because they don’t have the Spirit. But you, dear friends, use your most holy faith to build yourselves up even stronger. Pray with the help of the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves safe in God’s love, as you wait for the Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy to give you eternal life. Help those who have doubts. Rescue those who are living in danger of hell’s fire. There are others you should treat with mercy, but be very careful that their filthy lives don’t rub off on you. God is strong and can keep you from falling. He can bring you before his glory without any wrong in you and give you great joy. He is the only God, the one who saves us. To him be glory, greatness, power, and authority through Jesus Christ our Lord for all time past, now, and forever. Amen.

Lord, I see countless things that you do for myself, my Mate, and many people in my life, both friends and people at my work whom I consider friends. I see how you provide for us — even things that we did not know we needed! You are VERY much alive and active and a BIG part of our daily lives. THANK YOU for taking such good, good care of each and every one of us, even though we sooooooo do not deserve it! Not one of us are people who seem to “have it all together” — we each need you desperately, Lord Jesus! We need your Holy Spirit to guide us and nurture us and help us to live fruitfully upon this earth. We need your peace, your Love, your constant intervention in our lives. Please help each one of us to be more faithful to you, more pleasing in your sight. Help us to hold onto the Word you have given us, and let it make us stronger and more firmly rooted on the Rock that is our One foundation and support. Let us be examples to others who struggle to know you. Let us be encouragements to each other and to everyone around us to whom we can give witness of your awesome personal daily care of little us. We are your Little Ones who cannot live without you, for we look to you for guidance, and we rely upon you for our joy and our strength. Please reveal yourself plainly to the readers of this little prayer blog, and to each person whom you have placed in our hearts. Amen and thank you, Lord Jesus. It is AWESOME to have a High Priest that intercedes for us and who sincerely cares for us!! <3 :D
