The Jo Tracker Energy & Mood Journal
provides five cycles of 18 days (3 months) each and everything you need to track how the food you eat and the activities you choose affect your energy and your mood.
Choose four MOMENTS within each day, recording your energy and mood levels and what you have recently been doing and eating. You can also record the weather, temperature, and any sensations and thoughts you are experiencing.
For each DAY, keep track of a host of projects and tasks — and easily change what items you track as you progress. At the end of each 18-day cycle is a 2-page line graph CHART for showing when you ate or did an activity, along with your moods and energy levels.
